Description and RequirementsThe Global account segment covers key industry players.The list of accounts in the segment roughly align with theFortune 1000. They have global capability requirements and have employees and business in multiple geographies. Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Bayer, Coca Cola, Toyota, HSBC are among our loyal customers.
These customers are treated with a special and unique program whereby they have their own account teams and additional dedicated teams around the world providing consistent customer coverage and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Summary: The Sales Operations Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support for reporting needs within the Global Accounts Operations Teams. This individual will be responsible for offering guidance on reporting design and execution, resolving integrity issues, and developing simple reports and macros to streamline operations. Additionally, the specialist will actively engage in strategic projects aligned with business objectives, conduct independent data analysis, and manage reporting priority tickets. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Qlik Sense.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact and intermediary with the Reporting team to address reporting requirements effectively. Create and follow up on Reporting tickets as needed. Manage reporting priority tickets to ensure timely resolution and alignment with business priorities. Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to Global Accounts Operations Teams in the design and execution of reporting needs, ensuring the resolution of integrity issues. Ensure data quality and maintenance through diligent control points and engagement with related stakeholders. Create and follow up on IT tickets behalf of PMs when data is missing. (troubleshooting) Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities. Develop simple reports and macros to support Global Accounts Operations Teams Proactively engage in strategic projects aligned with business objectives, representing capabilities teams, and closing the loop with reporting requirements Develop queries and analytical models to extract actionable insights from data. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Qlik Sense. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in operational reporting or related fields is preferred.
