The opportunity You will play a key role in facilitating the EY's strategic partnerships. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate, facilitate, and advise on various aspects of contract development and execution. You will also help educate the business on the policies and processes related to Alliance and Ecosystem contracting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, follow-up and collaborate with cross functional teams (GCO, Risk management) for contract finalisation process. Coordinate and provide business advice and guidance to stakeholders and end users regarding potential issues stemming from new and existing contracts. Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address issues identified. Communicate progress, challenges, risks, and benefits to appropriate management levels and affected user groups and other members of the EY teams. Coordinate, review, advise, and summarise different documents such as Alliance Agreements, Teaming Agreements, NDA's, Amendments, and other partner related documents. Understand the EY policies that are relevant to the transactions and adapt accordingly. Ensure that all contractual documents developed are compliant with EY policies and proactively identify and resolve any issues. Educate business teams on Alliance and Ecosystem contracting processes and requirements. Manage expectations with stakeholders on timing and progress. Communicate complex issues and resolve disputes with external stakeholders. Manage escalations from business teams, ecosystem teams, risk management and GCO. Facilitate monthly discussions with business, risk management, legal teams. Create content to build internal awareness of ecosystem relationships contracting activities. Compile, review, and distribute contract status reports. Skills and attributes for success: Be able to manage stakeholder expectations in a high-pressure, changing environment while maintaining a calm, professional working style. Knowledge of handing high visibility Alliance and teaming contracts. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, including creativity and innovative thinking. Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English, strong interpersonal and presentation skills interacting with senior stakeholders. Be able to summarize complex, technical concepts into communications that can be understood by the team and other stakeholders. Experience: 6-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferably in a multi-national corporate).
