Job Description:
The Accenture Enterprise Enablement Innovation Team has defined an integrated and disruptive innovation Program to position AEE as a cutting-edge organization in innovation matters for the company. The program covers the end to end lifecycle management of an idea from fostering an Innovation Culture to Identifying and Implementing ideas, ensuring recognition for the participants as well as proper broadcasting of achievements. This program is now being rolled out broadly across all of Geographic Services.
Key Responsibilities
The Global Capability Curator will be responsible for:
Driving the Innovation Agenda within the assigned capability and have an end to end vision of the Capability's ideas / Initiatives to enable:
O The fostering of an Innovation Culture within the Capability – leveraging Innovation Program Events and Materials, coordinating calendar of events and how they align to their priorities
O A Holistic and Meaningful review of the idea pipeline
Screening and clustering of ideas
Combination of ideas to identify bigger opportunities
Ensuring collaboration between all Locations
Avoiding work duplication within the capability
O Leverage the Accenture Innovation Ecosystem to fulfill idea pipeline sourcing
The Global Capability Curator will also need to:
Apply Research and analysis expertise
a. Provide deep analytical skills, technical skills, and business knowledge to our clients.
b. Plan, structure, and deliver research using various secondary and primary research techniques
c. Develop innovative and proprietary ideas, insights, and assets
Enable Capability to generate global impact
a. Relaying key industry and market trends, as necessary
b. Creating/assisting with high-value messaging and communication strategies
