JOB DESCRIPTION Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, to provide financial support for Global Operations Administration and Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures. Global Operations Administration is made up of centralized corporate cost centers (Global Procurement, Engineering, Quality, that are centrally owned and managed by global functional leaders. Activities include the month-end close, forecasting, annual planning, and reporting. This role works directly with the executive leaders of Supply Chain and Engineering. What You Will Do:Strategic financial analysis of Global Operations Administration functional spend and Global Supply Chain Capital ExpendituresPrepare and post month-end journal entries for over 20 Global Operations Administration cost centers, including necessary cross-charges across regions or other functions for centralized spendSupport and manage mid-year and annual plan process for Global Operations Administration and partner with Global engineering on annual Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures budget timeline and corporate requirementsComplete monthly close and forecast process for Global Operations AdministrationPresent monthly to SVP Global SC Finance of monthly actuals and forecast analytics, as well as review results with Global functional leaders for their spendPrimary contact responsible for HR Finance Bonus CoE on PIP and MIP eligible roster updates for Global Operations Administration employees, working in close partnership with global HR teamPartner with Global Engineering team on monthly close and forecast processProvide insight and answer questions from CP&A on specific Ops Admin requests throughout the yearCoordinate annual restatement processes for any activity impacting Global Operations Administration cost centersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical skills and project management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)Detailed oriented, proactive and possesses a high level of integrityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate and share financial information with non-financial leadersOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
