This individual will be part of a Global Governance Team of problem solvers, assisting in the management of the daily operations of the Planning installed solutions. This person will act as a liaison between the Business and IT technical groups, working on system/process enhancements, analyzing options to solve business processes gap, effectively communicating complex information, providing analytical support, and implementing change processes. Strong influencing skills, able to drive change and inspire confidence among senior leadership.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedure that are cost effective and meet business needs within the JDA Suite for Supply Chain.
As Business Process Owner, lead integration and improvement projects in all phases including: Discovery, Gap Analysis, Training, Change Management, Testing and Implementation.
Use of project management skills for leading and participating in projects.
Responsible for monitoring user adherence, technical issues and questions for the Supply Chain organization
Provide leadership and guidance to business & IT partners in workflow related projects
Ensure compliance with internal procedures as required by Sarbanes Oxley
Mentor users on the opportunities to reduce errors through integrated data
Work with business groups to continually improve processes and motivate the organization to embrace & change processes.
Drive Supply Chain Master Data Integrity and related processes.
Effectively work as a liaison between the business user community and IT
SKILLS:
Self-motivated with a strong aptitude and desire to learn
Demonstrate ability to communicate in an organized and knowledgeable manner
Strong oral and written communication skills
Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts in a timely manner
Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
JDA Fulfillment knowledge is strongly suggested
Knowledge of ERP systems for Planning, Procurement, Order Management.
Manufacturing understanding is a plus
Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment

Proven leadership and facilitation abilities
Ability to capture business requirements and grasp technical & functional specifications
Consulting Background a plusSYSTEM KNOWLEDGE:
JDA Fulfillment: Supply and Demand preferred
Word, Excel, Access, Power Point experience required
Proven experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or later preferred
Experience with Web applications preferred
Experience with Data Synchronization projects and web based technology preferred
Experience with WMS optional
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems with business work experience
