In this role, you will provide critical day-to-day studio support for creative teams in the production of print and digital/interactive materials. You will work closely with agency account, creative and creative services departments as part of an integrated team. You will:
Build production-ready files (mechanicals), making edits to existing layouts and some opportunities for initial designPrepare electronic mechanical print files according to vendor specificationsAdhere to agency vision for quality and uphold the creative process while maintaining customer style guidelinesWork with project managers on schedules and hours requirementsControl tactical workflow within the brand and be the "go-to" person for agency creatives regarding brand assets and logosProvide traditional graphic art and studio support such as mounting art on boards, building mock-ups and presentation materials, and wide-format printingBachelor's degree in graphic design or related field,2 - 4 years' experience in graphic designIn-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) as well as comprehensive knowledge of Macintosh computersExpertise in page layout including composition, color space, imagery, and typographyDesired Requirements: Creative studio and/or agency experienceExperience with PPT, animation, digital and/or video applicationsExperience with email applications, electronic routingExperience working in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systemsAt Syneos Health Communications, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
