ROLE DESCRIPTION:
HEC CoE execute the growth plans across the target market for HEC Subscription & BYOL environments cross- industry and customer segment. They establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage SAP S/4HANA as new ERP core, along with HEC as the preferred cloud services, to achieve strategic business objectives. They syndicate best practice programs, tools, methods and processes within the region to accelerate profitable performance and market penetration. The role is largely customer facing with the goal to support the region in critical and transformational deals.
Responsibilities
Communicating the value of HEC offerings to customers
Supporting critical and transformational deals with expertise and helping define a technical and commercial path to HEC adoption.
Serve as a member of a regional team to support business development activities, enablement, staffing for demand generation events.
Support MOVE related programs (e.g. MiM etc.)
Helping customers develop a transition path to S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud, levering HEC offerings
Supporting and evangelising the One S/4HANA Cloud message, cloud qualification process and tools
Help educate partners and SAP sales teams on selling HEC (L2-L3 content)
Support account planning sessions in the region with S/4HANA and HEC content
Work Experience
10+ years professional business experience
3+ years of SAP work experience.
Experience in ERP and Cloud – prefer Presales or Consulting with S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud
Pre-sales or consulting with SAP ERP - S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud
Experience in program planning and / or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets.
Developing transition roadmaps from ECC to S/4HANA on the Cloud
Skills and Competencies
Proficient understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition.
Strong customer focus, presentation skills and business acumen
Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce / business networks.
Strong knowledge of best business practices and business planning.
Fluency in local language and English, any other language an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university. MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.
