it is responsible for the accomplishment of the group accounting and finance policies and procedures, collection, custody, management of bank guarantees, insurance, calculation of exposure in foreign currency, operations with Derivatives, use and management of company funds(managing the collections, customer credit lines and payment operations in different currencies in accordance with established procedures and standards to meet local and company regulations).Also responsible for preparing Budget and Quarterly Forecasts and explain on monthly basis the differences with the actuals and acting with the General manager to reduce deviations with Budget and Forecasts.

Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for the areas : Accounting, Costs(including quotes), Tax and Treasure.
· Ensure the accomplishment of group finance policy and internal controls.
· Ensure the accomplishment of local and statutory regualtion in Argentina.
· Aligned with company objetives prepare and present annual budget and quarterly forecast to Latam and/or Divisional level.
· Generate reports and monitor KPIs related to the company performance, monitoring the financial status (liquidity, debt, solvency, CXP / CXC rotation, profitability, etc.).
· Controlling the receipt of funds to the company, carrying out reconciliations and analysis of deviations, acting to solve differences with the responsible areas.
· Performing payment to suppliers, settlement of commissions, collection and compensation, all actions to optimize the proper utilization of company resources.
· Maintain the necessary level of governance with the proper user access to the local ERP.
· Responsible for the accounting books(statutory and group financial statement) ensuring the accomplishment of necessary regulations.
· Optimize Working capital to ensure the cash conversion target set by the group
· Accomplishment of necessary internal control, identifying and mitigate risks based on the assesment.
· Aligned with the General manager set the attorney and proper bank mandates to the organization aligned with the group treasury definitions .
· Responsible for all company trade payments, collection, leasing contracts, opening of new checking accounts, approve customer credit limits, be aware of types of financing, sight vouchers, guarantee notes, raising of bank guarantees, insurance, calculation of exposure in foreign currency.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: · Bachelor in Accounting
· 5 years of experience in a leadership/coordination as head of accounting, costs or treasury.
· Advanced English
· Knowledge of internal control process.
· Knowledge and experience in ERP SAP
· Desirable experience in financial and banking processes
· Advanced Excel
