Pilar, Buenos AiresYour tasks and responsibilities You wiil lead HSE development and training through planning and coordinating the annual HSE training program to ensure all employees understand the hazards, regulatory and corporate requirements and emergency response plans.

You will establish, update and supervise the compliance to internal and external, local and global HSE processes and directivesYou will plan, coordinate and develop the annual HSE inspection plan to provide effective recommendations to ensure an injury free work environment

Represent technically and legally Bayer to both internal and external representatives for HSE topics e.g. during Audits Responsible for co-ordination update of HSE activities such as PPS, BBS etc as well as being responsible for the fire protection and prevention plan and its associated maintenance.

You will lead and co-ordinate the Medical department activities related to Health and wellness management including prevention activities. Develop and implement the environmental standards and projects within the siteWho you are
Education: Bachelor e.g. in HSE/Chemical/Mechanical/industrial Engineering

Yo have a minimum 5 years work experience in HSE with minimum 2 at a managerial / chief level

Project Management experience or skills

Communication and leadership skills
