Brazil) (AMELA) and CSR.Location: Mexico CityJob Type: Permanent, Full time.* This position is subject to local legal and social procedures where applicableContext:Sanofi is implementing an ambitious plan called "DRIVE" complementing our Play to Win Strategy with 3 main objectives (I) keep fueling our pipeline (II) make Sanofi a modern science-driven healthcare company (III) serving our patients.In this context, Sanofi made the decision to evolve its commercial model from GBU-specific country organizations to a more standardized and consistent approach, boosting efficiency.The MCO focus will be on a cross-GBUs efficiency model with optimized country set-up.Purpose:The Head of Legal LatAm will be responsible for LatAm MCO and the country where He/She is located (dual hatting responsibility).The Head of Legal LatAm leads legal team across LatAm MCO counselling Pharma and Vaccines GBUs. He/She works hand in hand with LatAm MCO Leadership Team and other stakeholders and provides strategic advice to shape LatAm MCO strategy and foster seamless execution ensuring operations within applicable laws and regulations. He/She will support LatAm MCO on key decision making applying thoughtful risk taking, understanding Sanofi business and the ecosystem and weighing in on the right matters at the right time. The Head of Legal LatAm will work seamlessly with Ethics & Business Integrity and with other teams from Business and Functions to maximize impact. He/She will support the "LEBI Mindset Shifts Transformation Journey" in LatAm. He/She will be a key transformation agent, rethinking the current Legal organization and its ways of working to modernize the company while maximizing the MCO set up to serve patients and the broader markets access.Responsibilities:The Head of Legal LatAm will provide first-rate legal advice and support to Sanofi operations in LatAm, working in collaboration with business operations and corporate functions at MCO level.
