The Offer- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesThe JobResponsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.- Identify and prioritize potential partners, including accounting firms, software vendors, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration to achieve shared objectives.- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.- Drive partner enablement and engagement activities, including training, marketing collateral development, and joint selling efforts.- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.The ProfileQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnership programs, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, and financial services markets, with experience working in or selling to these industries.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership initiatives that drive measurable results.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.The EmployerOur client is the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US - we have grown over 100X in the last 5 years and serve tens of thousands of businesses globally with millions of end-clients.
