Data Management: Maintain Organizational Management and Personnel Administration modules in SAP for employees and maintain Global Functional Organization Structure and Global Basic Employee Master Data.

Equal Employment Opportunity and Retiree Affairs: In compliance with US work regulations, develop required documentation and reports related to Equal Employment Opportunity and compliance analysis.

Staffing and Data Administration Coordination: Provides support to Business Line HR in a variety of key processes by providing appropriate, precise and timely HR data
Benefits Administration
:
Perform benefits administration services to affiliates employees and retirees related to U.S. and Canada defined contribution/savings plans and health plans.
:
Benefits Accounting: Perform accounting for Benefit Plans and perform accounting related services supporting Benefit Plan operations.
Talent Mobility Organization
:
Responsible for expatriate Administration for Americas, Africa and Middle East and Europe.
Recruiting
:
Latin America: Handle the entire recruiting process and execute the pre:employment process for Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Peru to support the organizational staffing needs timely.
:
US Recruiting Administration: Administrate the pre:employment process for U.S. recruiting from candidates job offer acceptance through clearance for employment status.

:Project work on specialized topics in areas such as compensation, benefits, staffing and development, and workplace policy.
:Provision of advisory service and support to business unit management and employees in areas such as: workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruitment, employment equity, workplace diversity, and industrial relations. 13;

Academic: Bachelor degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related.

Advanced English Level.

Advanced Portuguese, German, French, Dutch, Italian level are an advantage.
