Job Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to different departments, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to build strong relationships, and the skill to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
Responsibilities: Partner with department leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals and promote a positive work environment. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and support the delivery of training programs. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and implement changes and improvements as needed. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law. Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred. Working Conditions:
Remote covering PST normal working hours. Regular use of a computer, fast internet for video calls, and telecommunications equipment.

This position requires the ability to speak, listen, and use a personal computer for standard business communications including but not limited to phone calls, video meetings, and emails.
Benefits Work From Home Salary: $3,000-$4,000 USD/month
