Hr Generalist

Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The individual will focus on high energy with experience and knowledge of Human Resources & Office Management.

The professional main responsibilities will be:

- Recruitment - Coordinate job requests, interviewing, updating Recruitment system, and hiring.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

- Lead, plan, and execute welfare activities.

- Conduct exit interviews.

- Management of service providers in the administrative field.

- Organizing material for management, payment control to suppliers, invoices.

- Coordinate the daily needs of employees

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field. A Master's degree highly desired.

- Human Resource or related business experience with at least 2 years' experience, preferably with experience in high tech and/or startup industry supporting organizations.

- Pleasant personality, self-driven, and a team player.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal skills.

- Fluent English speaker.
