Our client, an important startup of the banking area, is looking for a Human Resources Manager with experience in the Financial Industry
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees and their employment life cycle
- Conduct on-boarding trainings for new joiners
- Administration of internal tools
- Act as a point of contact and advisor for Team Leaders and Head of Departments with all HR related queries.
- Drives change through organization design and operationalization of organizational models.
- Designs, develops, and delivers on organizational development / effectiveness initiatives focused on improving performance, productivity, and team cohesiveness.
- Leads talent planning initiatives, including critical assessment of talent and resource rationalization.
- Participates on Global HR teams as necessary.
Qualifications
- 5 / 8 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Open minded attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Driven, self-motivated and a highly flexible team player.
- Excellent communication skills with other team members and staff
- Analytical ability, numeracy skills, oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual English proficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s / Graduate’s in Economics or Human Resources degree.
