This role works directly with Business Recruiters to better understand their business qualifications and the preferred qualifications for each requisition and review all candidates who apply for the role(s) and present the talent who meet the requirements for the role(s). Minimum Years of Experience:2-3 year(s) of experience in Human Resources, Administrative or similar field.Degree Preferred:Bachelor Degree in HR, Administration, Business Administrative or similar field. Demonstrates some ability, and/or proven record of success in, providing operational support for campus and experienced recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:- Providing administrative support for the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to: reviewing candidates for assigned openings including screening resumes; updating the recruitment tracking system;- Maintaining file completeness and quality control standards that are compliant with the Records Management policy;- Creating and maintaining process documentation; and,- Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Workday, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.-Communicating with the team and our stakeholders, Business Recruiters.
