Job Description
Responsible for the full life-cycle of associate processes in related area;
Recruitment & Preonboarding, Onboarding, Orientation
Talent Management
Conducting ASR process
Conducting & Reporting exit interviews
Organizational Management
Internal communication (Announcement, Work contracts, Document & Letters for Associates)
HR Reporting (external&internal)
Create & Develop HR Work Procedures & Processes in line with needs
Administration in HR Global system
Associate Survey Admin & Coordination & Follow-up
Analyzing & Reporting Performance, Talent & Competence Management
Supporting other Human Resources projects and Human Resources improvement studies in line with business needs
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
University degree from preferably Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Previous HR experience preferred, as HR Generalist or HRBP
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solver, flexible, collaborative team player
Willing to work in a multitask environment
Able to work with autonomy
Excellent command of written and spoken English
