Job Summary This position is to play as business partner role to provide the support to our commercial offices in Argentina as well as the Distribution Center. This position will include the following responsibilities: HR management on organization & people development, recruitment, performance management, employee relationship, as well as, to be responsible for other assigned HR projects to drive for business development goals.
Key Responsibilities: As business partner, drive the initiatives in developing business of company and align HR strategy with business target (Argentina)Define and improve HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure overall BHR services are effectively and efficiently delivered;Provide consultative suggestions to support business departments on organization development strategy and implementation;Project manpower planning to meet the business development needs. Plan, propose and implement effective practice to attract, motivate and retain talents;Recruit qualified staffs in a fair, efficient and cost-effective manner and handle exit people systematically;Monitor performance management system and ensure the execution in line with company's guidelines;Professional direction on compensation and benefits to ensure its competitiveness with job markets;Manage human resources and employee relations to ensure maximum productivity within the company's budget limitations. Motivate employees through the company's values, compensations & benefits and communication activities. Help build healthy environment for effective communication between employees and the management;Develop and maintain good relationship with local governmental authorities and external HR networks to in compliance with laws and regulations;Skillfully handle labor related issues and labor disputes, including negotiations with Union (if it is applicable);Synergize with training team to address business departments' training needs, supports to training program design and delivering;Cooperate with HRSS on HR system maintenance and optimization;Develop and coach subordinates for HR functional capabilities enhancement.Mandatory Requirements: Related bachelor degree; MBA or related Master's degree preferred7 to 10+ years related experience as an HR Lead /Business Partner supporting corporate functions, and 3-5 years in progressive leadership roles.Ideally previous experience working with manufacturing industries. (Creating HR strategies for production or distribution areas).Strong knowledge and experience working within transformative environments.
