ChampionX is seeking for a Human Resources Manager based in Neuquén, or Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will oversee and deliver the operational delivery of HR services and solutions for our Chemical Technologies segment in Argentina including payroll, employee relations, recruitment and talent selection, rewards and recognition, organizational design and change, talent development and talent management to support the functions and business unit objectives and performance. The position will serve as a critical member of the HR team responsible to support the assigned functions and will partner closely with HR leadership and HR Center of Excellence (COEs) to successfully implement and drive local HR initiatives. Partner with team and leadership to develop and execute HR strategy and solutions that directly support and enable business objectives Oversee all location labor relations and lead efforts to develop and maintain positive and progressive labor relations climate in geography Direct administration of policies, processes and programs covering all of the following: recruiting, on boarding, compensation and benefits, training, employee performance and labor relations. Provide proactive consultation to leadership on human resource issues (organizational design, change initiatives, employee performance, etc.) to support improved business results. Partner with COE and hiring managers to develop and deploy effective marketplace recruitment strategies and workforce planning to ensure pipeline of talent to meet business needs. Drive key people processes including annual performance management, compensation planning, talent assessment and succession planning, talent development strategies and manager and staff development. Interpret and advise employees and managers regarding application of human resource policies and procedures. Ensure consistency in application of human resource practices and policies. Develop and foster effective, collaborative relationships with internal clients, HR team members and other key stakeholders within the organization. Provide forward thinking HR consultation on operational and process issues impacting the business and develop forward suggested HR plan for review and implementation. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of core HR service delivery in the geography. Create and recommend opportunities to enhance the culture and associate engagement in geography. Support the review & development of HR policies and processes as necessary for the business. Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws. Support effective on-boarding of new hires and effective integration into the business as led by the Line Manager Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders to promote data driven decision making and strategy development Support actions of the wider HR team including related projects such as policy development, on boarding, talent development and implementation of global and regional HR initiatives Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related area. +8 years’ experience in Human Resources environment with emphasis in labor relations, including a minimum of five (5) years management experience (generalist role) preferably in unionized environments. In-depth knowledge of policies and practices. Advanced level of spoken and written English language. Strong communication skills, interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
