Mondelez International is looking for: Human Resources Manufacturing Coordinator.

The HR Manufacturing Coordinator is accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of Human Resources processes and procedures related to the employee life cycle in line with our overall HR-Strategy, business priorities, relevant policies, and compliance standards.
Will be responsible to manage the HR Manufacturing Analysts of the four plants (Pacheco, Victoria, Villa Mercedes & Las Heras).
The primary purpose of this position is to work directly with the Blue Collar plant workforce to advise on and complete HR Administration.
The role is the interface between line managers/blue collar employees and HR Share Services Center, providing upfront guidance on policies and procedures to ensure only approved, compliant requests are passed to HR Share Services Center and ensures cases are completed in line with the service level agreement (SLA).

Principal Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, timely and professional customer service to customers (blue collar employee & line managers) in responding to queries, advising on policies and procedures and managing HR admin processes.
Provide oversight of HR processes that are executed by HR analysts in Plants of his country.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes across the team.
Apply government employment laws and regulations.
Ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and MDLZ compliance for HR standards and processes.
Lead, inspire and develop the HRs Manufacturing Analysts to deliver excellent HR processes, achieve HR priorities and goals.
Act as a main point-of-contact for HR related questions for blue collar workforce and line managers.
Ensure that customers’ questions are fully addressed; escalating complex/difficult questions to next level based on broad and up to date knowledge of all defined HR processes.
Champions of the HR service delivery model, coaching managers to understand and follow process, provide feedback to share services center, raise change requests if processes are not working effectively.
Review monthly measures and determine action plans for performance improvement when needed.
Collaborates effectively within the team to run joined up processes with minimum hand-offs and acts quickly to improve where interfaces are not working well.
Identify areas for delivery improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Lawyer.
+5 years of experience in HR Hard processes (Payroll, HR administration).
Solid knowledge in labor law is a must.
SAP knowledge, Lean Six Sigma Project management are nice to have.
English Level Advanced is required.

Work Location: flexible (Planta Pacheco or Planta Victoria/ Plantas Las Heras/ Planta Villa Mercedes).
