Responsibilties include:
- Planning, analyzing, designing, constructing, and implementing information engineering.
- Developing and maintaining large and small-scale operations and IT systems.
- Assisting with completing and maintaining documents based on IT security policies, procedures, and directives.
- Developing solutions using analytical and computational techniques and methodology for ingestion, data storage, data analysis, and data migration.
- Performing process and data modelling in support of the systems planning and analysis efforts, using manual and automated tools.
- Employing reverse engineering and reengineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents.
- Providing weekly progress reports for each analytical and operational development project.
- Reviewing and providing recommendations for improving the IT Strategic Roadmap for investments.
- Faciliating effective and efficient meetings and providing support from an IT perspective.
- Maintaining backlogs for each analytic development project.
- Support and lead evolving business development efforts by applying technical and functional expertise to develop business solutions.
- Lead proposal sections for small or limited competition proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions.
Required qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in relevant field.
- At least 4 years experience in information engineering and database implementation and management.
- At least 3 years experience in information system development, functional and data requirement analysis, system analysis and design, programming, program design and documentation prep for complex systems.
- Experience in performing process and data modeling in support of the systems planning and analysis efforts, using manual and automated tools.
- Knowledge of employing reverse engineering and reengineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents.
- Competency in common programming languages.
- Ability to plan individual efforts and follow through to completion.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn around requests.

- Competence to function efficiently in a fast-pased, demanding work environment.
- Flexible and readily adaptable to change.
Desired qualifications:
