This position’s primary location is in São Paulo, Brazil but other potential locations such as Bogotá, Panamá, Buenos Aires or Mexico City will be also considered. This role will require up to 10% travel, primarily in LATAM region.

The IT Lead will work at the intersection of business and technology to help define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives and challenges with technology solutions. This role will help driving the evolution of content lifecycle within the company by supporting the planning and implementation of omnichannel customer engagement program, in partnership with key areas of the company such as CME, Copy Review, Medical Communication and Call Center, with a mission to deliver the right content, at the right time and using the right channel throughout the HCPs interactions in a compliant manner. This individual will also work closely with the IBVTs, internal support functions and agency partners on all phases of execution of integrated omnichannel plans.

Content lifecycle is the process for any piece of digital content undergoes throughout its existence. It is the beginning, middle and end of data creation, providing a holistic content lifecycle/creation. Content lifecycle is dynamic and looks vastly different from one piece of content to the next. In Janssen, the promotional and scientific content lifecycle is being managed using standard Veeva platforms

What You Will Do:

- Collaborate in the planning, execution, follow-up of content lifecycle improvement and Omnichannel program across the LATAM region.

- A key responsibility will be to engage business, IT, agencies and other functional teams to implement new business process, ways of working and integrate new potential vendors.

- Responsible for supporting content lifecycle transformation actions (change management)

- Continuous improvements of the global systems used to manage promotional and scientific content (Veeva Vault Promomats and MedComms) helping to integrate and optimize existing process across different channels. Works with Regional business product owners and platform technology leads to develop and shape strategic business use cases to evolve the platforms.

- Establish, manage, and evolve global demand governance processes in close partnership with Business and IT stakeholders.

- Estimate cost of development effort and time to deliver prioritized requirements by managing Project plans, Financials, Risks and Issues for the agreed portfolio.

- Explore and shape non-traditional methods of creating and disseminating content focusing on personalized content and channels.

- Identify a robust search methodology to easily and quickly categorize and find information.

- Enable automation by external integrations beyond Medical Affairs platforms.

- Participate in the transformation of the MSL engagement model and empower MSL’s virtually.

- Support for the coordination and definition of objectives, omnichannel strategy, implementation and performance measurement and adoption of the different actions and digital assets. Definition of customer journeys and proposal of the best combination of channels/activities to build customer loyalty.

- Execution and management of omnichannel projects in coordination with internal departments or external vendors.

- Planning, updating and support for the creation of the company's digital content and its promotion (promotional plan).

- Definition, launch and management of digital assets: web portals, mobile marketing / Apps, Social Media marketing, Eloqua and Veeva Approved email.

- Understand global marketplace & competitors to contribute and shape multi-generational roadmaps.

- Work with SaaS providers, Technology Services, and Vendor partners on demand estimation, ensuring consistent, timely and comprehensive estimates with documented assumptions. Partner with them to efficiently initiate new demand once approved/ funded for assessment.

- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key internal Technology stakeholders and external organizations

- Actively seek out and shape operational product improvements that contribute to effectiveness, efficiency, and value of the team as well as reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency of systems in scope.

- Lead, motivate, and inspire individuals working with and for him/her to deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve and innovate

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree: preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - required

- Relevant experience in defining and documenting requirements - required

- Project/Program Management experience delivering small and large-scale projects - required

- Fluent English - required

- Portuguese & Spanish is desired as main language.

- Experience and/or knowledge with Veeva Vault platforms - desiralbe

- Strong technical focus with expertise

- Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation - desirable

Preferred:

- Experience in supporting Medical Affairs/Pharmaceutical Commercial business.

- Understanding and working knowledge of Commercial and Scientific, Data and Analytics, CRM and Digital solutions is preferred

- Industry knowledge in life science or pharmaceutical industry

- Demonstrated ability to apply IT knowledge to solving business problems, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, exceptional service orientation, strong negotiating skills.
