What we are looking for - Paper Street Media,LLC, is hiring a Full-Time Ingest Operator for our Ingest team. The primary role of the Ingest Operator is to review a high volume of paperwork. Learn more about us here (link to ) Responsibilities: *** This position is very paperwork heavy *** Detailed review of a high volume of legal documents. Detailed review of a high volume of video and images. Verify all content meets our standards. Verify all documents have been organized and delivered to us correctly. Organization of all documents and media into proper locations. Assist in providing accurate information and training to new directors. Clearly Communicate across departments and to directors in the field about content needs.Handle a high volume of requests between multiple departments. Assist with production scheduling by keeping track of publishing needs. Create new documents for training, meetings, and workflow analysis. Keep track of the vital statistics, such as scene input, scene assignments, QC rates, etc. Train and be responsible for all team members - alway feeding their growth. Quick, level headed problem solving. Detailed data entry. Other ad-hoc projects. Requirements: Degree in Administration and or related field is a plus. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in multitasking are a must. The ability to prioritize properly and independently. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams, a true team player, and supervisor to accomplish tasks. Experience with contracts and legal documents is a plus.Experience with video production and video editing is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self directed and adaptable in a fast paced environment. Must have experience leading a team. Must have good people skills and the ability to work with a wide array of personalities. Knowledge of Data Entry is a must. Knowledge of Google Sheets is a must. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a must. Basic understanding of computer storage and cloud storage systems is a plus.
