Inside Sales Representative will be in contact with our internal sales teams and directly with resellers in the Spanish region as well as serve as first contact point to some of our vendors. Your daily work as an Inside Sales Representative consists of prospect creation, customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice) and various back office administrative tasks. You will be also responsible for having an in-depth knowledge on the customers portfolio of products, creation of potential offers and assistance to our customers. You will be responsible for contacting proactively with our customers registering their details in our data base. In order to be successful, you need to actively follow your sales cases as well as orders until execution. You will work especially closely with colleagues in Spain.

You are comfortable in working both independently and as a team member
You are proactive and flexible, take responsibility of your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and show positive can-do attitude
You have good organizing and team working skills and you pick up easily new programs and tools
Accuracy is a must in this position
Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred
Native in Spanish, plus some knowledge of English would be a plus (for training purposes).
* Preferable being familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Nav (or order management modules in some other ERP system) would be a great advantage as well as having some experience within the IT industry and working with vendors. However, we are also ready to support you with training.
* Able to engage our partners into Arrow Sphere by showing them the platform and conducting with them some training.
