Better requires process discipline and simplification
We ll expect you to be responsible for the creation of the annual action plan, aligned with the foundation's objective, carrying out the analysis of the proposed NGOs and guaranteeing compliance with the budget.
As well as coordinate the activities of Volunteering.
These are some of the tasks and requirements to be met:
- Coordinate the volunteer team and actions.
- Design of the annual plan.
- Monitoring of contracts and payments.
- Contact with NGOs / Foundations.
- Presentations of action plans at monthly meetings.
- Communication of the calendar of actions and other actions.
- Schedule: Part-Time (to be agreed)
For such a pivotal role, you ll ideally be a student of Administration, HR, or related field and it s preferred that you have had experience in budget management / participation in Foundations, NGOs, volunteering. You ll also possess great interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in MS Office programs. You ll need intermediate English level. If you like exhibition, this is the opportunity for you! You ll give presentations to Senior Management. It s very important that your communication is friendly, respectful, and outgoing. You ll improve your Project Management skills: you ll be focused on details and on different projects simultaneously.
