How you'll play your part
We're looking for someone who is proactive and a team player, who understands the importance of building and maintaining excellent working relationships and can adhere to internal service levels whilst putting the customer first. As a member of the Central Admin Team you will support various Sales Channels across the business, to ensure orders are processed correctly and vehicles are suitable for customer needs.
You will use your keen eye for detail and excellent administrative skills to process and manage customer requests received via the Agent network, ensuring orders are specified correctly whilst working to ensure the availability of components is maximised outside of the usual Ordering Process.
You will be able to work well under pressure whilst working in a fast-paced environment. You will perform Market Area Reporting and Quarterly reviews which includes assisting Market Areas with Customer orders that aren't processable and provide an explanation for outstanding orders.
We're passionate about providing great communication, something you'll be able to take ownership for when working with the Stock Management Team. You'll be able to apply your communication skills to work with the team to perform stock transfers to the Online Showroom in a timely manner, ensuring the UK maintains a steady supply of vehicles available to the Agents and Customers alike.
As part of the role, you will be required to have a flexible approach to working hours, this may include Bank Holidays and weekend cover on a rota basis.
