Job Profile Summary This role is responsible for, building partnerships, and driving value to satisfy and elevate our technology portfolio. The position provides strategic guidance for our IT/OT initiatives and roadmaps the future state of technology. This position drives continuous improvement to business processes. Proactively sense and anticipate changes affecting strategy in the environmental landscape including organizational improvements, technological advancements, and evolving organization needs. Drives and ensures results across the organization based on our organization's bottom line of people, purpose, and mission. Living up to the business relationship manager code of ethics daily. Some of the oversight functions of this position move to the support organization at the end of implementation (e.g., help desk, knowledge management, business consulting and training). This includes ensuring project results are of the highest caliber, with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit/value realization.

Responsible for overseeing program communications. Leads interactions with the business sponsors to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome, including identifying program changes and developing appropriate approaches to address

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Required
Experience in project delivery, process improvement, including all aspects of process development and execution.•
