Flexiti is looking for a IT Change Management, under the direction of the Change Management Manager.
What you will be doing: • The release management of products and its communication with their respective stake holders
• Production service stability, coordinating changes to production engaging all required areas, individuals and assure post validation activities.
• Planning and maintaining the release schedule for the year.
• Coordinating and assisting on required hotfixes and emergency changes.
• Chairing a weekly CAB meeting, reviewing, and approving the CAB meeting items for each week.
• Maintaining the Change Management Policy.
• Reporting on changes completed to required stakeholders.
• Responding and assisting internal and SOX audits.
• Managing conversation with auditors.
What you should have: • Experience in software development.
• Leading change as the primary area of expertise
• Review pull requests and understand logic.
• Solid understanding of GIT/Bitbucket repositories and branch strategy management.
• Experience handling audits is a plus.
• Strong Communication skills; can communicate effectively with senior leadership and large audiences
• Solid understanding of business product, capable to understand risk associated to changes clearly
