CenturyLink, importante multinacional de telecomunicaciones con presencia en 3 continentes y más de 60 países, busca sumar a su equipo de Datacenter un Semi Senior y Senior Datacenter Operator. Su rol principal será asegurar el correcto funcionamiento en un ambiente multiplataforma, de los servidores y servicios de la infraestructura central de Datacenter y de los clientes.
Sus principales objetivos son:
:Administrar sistemas (Linux, Unix, Windows).
:Atender requerimientos vía teléfono o mail a clientes corporativos; y resolver incidentes en los equipos.
:Control de back ups.
:Monitorea de servidores y servicios.
:Mantener contacto con equipos de LATAM por incidencias.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados
:Estudiante de Ingeniería o Tecnicatura (preferente).
:Conocimientos en Windows, Linux, Cisco.
:2 años de experiencia en áreas de IT (conocimientos de sistemas operativos)
:Fuerte orientación en servicio al cliente.
:Ingles intermedio (oral y escrito).
