Join our dynamic team as a PMP Jira Specialist, leveraging technology to enhance project management, portfolio management, and agile development practices. We are dedicated to excellence and innovation, actively seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to refine our project management tools and processes. Initially, this role will commence as a remote contractor position, transitioning to a permanent, full-time opportunity onsite at our new Buenos Aires office.
Compensation: $1,700-$2,500 monthly (US Dollars) DOE

The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotelyUpon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, fields, screens, and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning to meet specific project needsDevelop custom dashboards, fields, and screens to improve project management and reporting efficiencyDesign and manage comprehensive Jira dashboards and reports for stakeholder transparency and visibilityMaintain robust Jira workflows for key project management processes, including change management, risk management, and issue trackingConfigure time logs with detailed reporting capabilities and demonstrate strong knowledge in this areaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and refine Jira process enhancements and best practicesProvide effective training and support to project teams and stakeholders, enhancing their Jira proficiencyAssess and integrate Jira add-ons and plugins to extend project management functionalitiesResolve any Jira-related issues and bugs efficientlyDocument Jira processes, protocols, and guidelines meticulouslyUtilize Jira for advanced project forecasting and resource management, configuring and optimizing WBS Gantt chartsTailor Confluence settings to organizational needs, improving project documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience specializing in Jira administration, configuration, and deploymentA solid background (5+ years) in project management within a tech-forward, multi-application environmentDemonstrated proficiency in collaborating with multiple partner teams, prioritizing tasks, and managing several projects or priorities simultaneouslyExperience in fostering collaboration among development teams, particularly in a remote settingAdept at identifying process inefficiencies and proposing actionable, effective solutionsHistory of managing diverse projects/priorities under stringent timelines and high-pressure conditionsExperienced with dictation/voice translation softwareMust be Fluent in English
