How will you contribute to our magical experience? The Employee & Labor Relations Jr. Analyst will be part of the Human Resources team in Latin America. This role will play an active part in ER and Labor process in the whole employe life cycle events, including collaboration in investigation process, regular review of employment policies, with a continual refresh to align the Company's policies with internal people strategies, employment legislation and an ongoing focus upon diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Jr Analyst will be responsible for: Partner closely with the ER and LR Managers to support detailed analysis of employees' requests or inquiries.Support the ER Manager in investigations, creating, and delivering findings and recommendations.Support the ER team in identifying themes among cases.Help promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance regarding practices, company policy and relevant employment laws through interactions with business leaders.Collaborate to facilitate in-person in-house compliance, and other ER-related trainings.Collaborate with the team in the labor relations day to day tasks: payroll updates, transitions, travel expenses, among others.Produce high quality documentation, including case reports, employee communications and ER tracker.Collaborate with HR internal communications.Support the shuttle vendor for employee consultations or issues.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs promoting company values and providing guidance regarding polices and procedures.Partner with the HR team in activities or tasks that help to enhance the employee experience and maintain a safe work environment.What we need from you tobe part of this story: At least 1 year of experience in HR personnel administration, labor, HR generalist,Ability to partner and communicate professionally.Ability working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Ability to manage multifaceted projects.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Advanced level of English.Portuguese is a plus.Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
