La posicion se responsable de coordinar el equipo de analytics, reportando al director del area (en USA) y contacto directo con el CEO en Argentina.
Job Descrption:
The Manager will also be responsible for supporting multiple analytic projects across
different functional areas. They will help guide and mentor a team of 5+ direct reports across multiple
functions
Responsibilities:
- Staff management
- Marketing Cloud Enablement
- Marketing Cloud Analytics
- Data and Visualization operations/development
- Insight Generation
- Optimization strategy/implementation (Long term)
Education and Experience:
- experience managing large (5+ analyst) high performing teams strongly desired
- Working knowledge of web site analytic platforms including Adobe Marking Cloud products (Site
Catalyst, Ad-Hoc Analysis), Google Analytics, Tableau and Power BI
- analytic, implementation or QA experience leading projects desired, preferably in a
Marketing environment.
- Self-starter with analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment a plus
- Experience in Digital Analytics (Web, Online Advertising, Search, Social)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Marketing
preferred
- Drives relationships with partners and/or suppliers to deliver an overall solution to the client so
curiosity for the big picture is key
- Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of identifying significance
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
