Job Description:

We're looking for high quality, high potential consultants for the position of Sr. Consultant.

The right candidate will have 3-5 years experience in management consulting, including several years with a quality research supplier or business consultant. We are looking for a seasoned consultant with a research background and commercial knowledge.

Our firm specializes in Latin American domestic and multinationals companies focus on retail, route-to-market, business strategy and service management projects.

Responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day project and client relationship management

- Research activities finding information from internal and external sources

- Develop quantitative analyses that contribute to the problem structuring process

- Create strategies for change, secure clients' buy-in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen

- Supervise and coach junior consultants

- Write working documents and presentations under guidance of manager, and be able to present logically findings and draft recommendations
