Job Description

- Assist Senior/Lead Cloud Consultant with configuration tasks and documentation

- Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce

- Assist with the writing of business use cases, user stories, and test cases

- Perform functional testing

- Managing backlog issues and defects including; logging items, following up with assignees or status, updating status, updating attributes, and generating metric reports.

- Manage scope by ensuring requirements are within the scope of the SOW and communicate any variations for input to the change control process.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities

- Ability to follow direction and work independently

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, App Builder a plus

• 1-3 years of Salesforce consulting experience

• 1-3 years of overall consulting experience
