We are looking for a Junior IT recruiter in Bogota, Colombia What you will do Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for candidates interview, assess skills and submit said candidates to clients;

Manage pipelines and keep data healthy;

Communication with the candidates, skills evaluation, and offers management;

Composing reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries;

Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates.

Must haves  Advanced English level

1+ year of successful recruiting experience;

Experience with IT Recruiting;

Positive and open-minded style of communication;

Understanding of full recruitment life cycle;

Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills;

Affinity toward technology and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Nice to haves Experience with CRM/Database management.
