As a candidate for this role, you will ideally have a very strong background in software or systems engineering on a wide variety of products, will have excellent technical and analytical skills, will have very strong written and verbal communication capabilities,

leading highly capable teams and have a proven track record of architecting complex software systems.

Technical strengths must include knowledge of software development, agile methodology and testing strategy. Knowledge of medium to high volume consumer products, large production databases, product lifecycles and new product launch processes is strongly desired. Ability to articulate and weight the trade-offs in software architecture and design based on many competing requirements including cost, schedule, technical necessity and others.
