Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As Area IBP Leader you will play a lead role to deploy and drive IBP process for SIBG LATAM to improve customer service, profitability, inventory turns and working capital while delivering on growth plans. In this role you will be able to collaborate with Area Division Leaders, Area Portfolio Leaders and Country Region Leaders to deploy the portfolio strategy via the IBP reconciliation and aggregated Area demand planning for the mid-long term in 12/24/36 months. You will need a strong collaboration with the Demand and Supply Team at Area and Division Level. The impact you will make in this role: Gate keeper between demand generating functions and demand planning Owner of the unconstrained commercial plan Responsible for gap identification and scenario studies such as local Dynamics like FX, inflation, distribution & etc. Responsible for monitors assumptions, expectations, risks and opportunities.
