Lawyer

At Mercedes-Benz España, we are looking for a lawyer to cover a maternity leave. The person will join the  Legal Department of Mercedes-Benz España (settled in Alcobendas, Madrid) with the task to provide legal advice to the Wholesale business (Passenger Cars and Vans), and other subsidiary companies (Parts&Logistics & SSC).
Job description - Main tasks:* Give general legal advice to MBE and group entities on Distribution, Consumption, Product Liability, Intellectual Property, Competition and Corporate. Give general advice on procurement contracts (drafting and legal review of contracts). Implementation of corporate guidelines. Support projects and digitalization processes. Staff training and corporate programs to ensure the implementation of corporate policies and aplicable programs. Qualifications Advanced university degree in law in Spain. Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. German is a plus. Experience / Skills /Specific Know-How:* +3 years of relevant professional experience. Ability to understand complex factual and legal situations and explain them in a comprehensive way. Solid knowledge of the relevant legal framework, civil and commercial law.
