Job Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced Lead QA Automation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in tools such as Postman and Cucumber.This role requires a deep understanding of automated testing methodologies and frameworks.Requirements :Experienced Required :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Automation.- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Postman.- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Cucumber.Desired Skills :- Experience with API testing : manual and automated testing.- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and team members.- Experience in performance and load testing.- Experience with 3rd party integration testing.- Proficiency in SQL database.- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, negative, integration).- Deep understanding of the bug tracking lifecycle.- Experience working in Agile development environments.- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, PDV, Azure DevOps.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams.Responsibilities :- Lead QA Teams and oversee their activities.- Develop and execute QA strategies.- Manage the QA backlog and prioritize tasks.- Drive test-driven development practices within the team.- Lead testing efforts for cloud-native applications.- Contribute to high-profile initiatives for fintech clients.- Opportunity to influence and improve QA processes.- Communicate solutions effectively to clients and within teams.- Work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.- Implement and manage QA standards and processes.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a leadership role in QA Automation, we encourage you to apply.Join us and be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutions.
