Randstad Professionals, is currently partnered up with a leading Shared Service Center in Buenos Aires and is looking for a Leadership & Learning Manager with strong experience in a leadership position, ideally in a client facing and process-driven environment.
The main responsibilities are:
To be responsible for the over-all team management and handle all aspects of operations; provide strategic recommendation and drive processes and programs to help sustain and improve the department's overall performance.
Ensure effective administration and efficiency of the Department and that all activities run smoothly; and maintain an effective and efficient workflow/ allocation of work, high quality output and a productive team.
Provide through ownership and leadership in the development and execution, and harmonization of world class end-to-end Leadership & Learning processes for the Firm.
Update/redesign learning procedures covering areas such as enrolment, montoring, documentation, administration and reporting of learning and leadership courses/programs or development assignments based on learning plans and or development objectives.
Proactively identify and resolve issues within the process; partner with the In-market and Expert teams to deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to Leadership &; Learning service delivery.
Enhance controls within the process that maximize efficiency while keeping the teams operationally compliant, adhering to SLAs and quality standards.
Use data and analytics to drive the Leadership &; Learning processes; address and solve any data integrity, compliance and reporting issues, and provide insight and commentary on local and functional labor markets.
Lead the E2E Leadership &; Learning function on business continuity planning and crisis management. Implement strategies towards recovery.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Business Administration or other relevant courses, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent English written and verbal communications skills.
Experience working in a global organization
Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to determine client needs.
Ability to make sound and accurate decisions and judgment calls.
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Strong commitment to outstanding client service
Exceptional work ethic, personal and professional integrity.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with people from different cultures and from various levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of applications such as MS Office(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP Success Factors, Articulate, or ability to learn technology quickly
