Main Purpose: Participate in the programming and coordination of logistics operations, in order to collaborate in the optimization of the Business Value Chain. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Key Responsabilities • Schedule logistics flows and stock projections.
• Identify and solve problems related to logistics and distribution.
• Coordinate with Refinery and Terminals Logistics operations
• Interact with Sales and Planning to maintain realistic projections and implement actions against deviations.
• Coordinate with Operations daily tasks of loading / unloading of ships and other movements.
• Liaise with Storage Terminals to ensure adequate use of Storage.
• Identify purchase needs and product surpluses to coordinate with Trading the purchase/sale processes.
• Participate in the preparation/review of lease contracts for ships or storage in terminals, interacting with counterparties as well as internal areas (Legal, Insurance, Taxes, Administration, etc.)
• Optimize the use of vessels and storage, guaranteeing evacuation of the refinery and supply of product to the market.
• Put together Management Indicators and metrics for the sector and propose improvement actions.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities • Advanced student or Graduate in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Good academic record
• 1 or 2 years of experience in similar positions
• English Advanced level
• Management of Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI (ideal, but not essential)
• Good interpersonal relationships, teamwork, proactivity and flexibility.
