Logistics Coordinator | Para Empresa Multinacional De Venta Directa

Requisitos:
-Industrial Engineer
-3 to 5 years of related experience.
-Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
-Result oriented.
-Ability to work independently.
-Process improvement experience
- Availability to travel frequently (every 2 weeks)
-Fluency in English is a must.
Actividades a realizar:
The position could be based in Buenos Aires or Mendoza where the warehouse is located and will be responsible for coordinating the different processes in the 3PL of the region and their relationship with different areas of the company. Also, it is responsible for the KPI of each 3PL and implementation of action plans in order to optimize the operation.
Essential functions
-Coordinate with the 3PL, the reception (PO, returns, adjustments) of products into our inventory, ensuring that both our system and the 3PL system are properly updated and aligned.
-Support the daily inventory reconciliation, analyze the differences and present action plans to keep both system aligned.
-Coordinate with the 3PLs the right processing of all our orders, guaranteeing the quantity, quality and on time delivery.
-Guaranty that all orders are prepared and delivered within the terms established in the contract and complying with the specifications of HCE.
-Coordinate the execution of cyclical inventories, review the difference and propose corresponding action plans to ensure the quality of inventories.
-Coordinate the execution of the annual physical inventory, analyze them and propose the corresponding corrective actions.
-Implement improvements in processes to optimize cost and time.
-Verify the monthly invoice of the 3PL and ask for approval
-Coordinate periodically the recycling of products that are not suitable for sale.
-Supply planning and control or the materials for productions in the region.
-Early alerts about possible out of stocks in order to define an action plan.
-Review the monthly KPI of each 3PL and define an action plan if necessary.
