What will you do?
In this position, you are responsible for following main scopes:
· Monitor and support dealers in improving Operational and Financial Performance and profitability.
· Rank Dealers based on Set of KPIs, classify low & high Performing Dealers
· Perform business management consultancy, set up action plan and follow up.
· Build, implement and pay Dealer Margin
· Report Dealer Profitability/Financial Performance to HUB & HQ
· Doing dealer profitability report (temporary)
· Evaluate and ensure the feasibility of network expansion projects by building up dealer market benchmark and creating simulation of new dealers. Evaluate dealer business plan related to financial aspects.
· Dealer profitability Taskforce
· Administration and overall maintenance of Global Sources and Standards on Network system (GSSN)
· Organize Mercedes-Benz Dealer Events/Workshop
Qualifications Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an external candidate with:
· University Graduated in Finance/Accounting or related field.
· Minimum 3 – year experience, preferably working experience in Finance, Network Retail Development, or Automotive Industry.
· Good English and Vietnamese communication
· Good manner of MS Office such as Excel, Word, Power Point
· Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting
· Desire to complete projects with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet project/task commitments.
· Good skills of Communication, Interpersonal, Data Analysis, Customer Service and Time Management
· Ability to work independently. Demonstration of self-initiative qualifications and pre-requisite.
