Job Description - Manager: Digital Transformation (MER00034EZ)
Description
Business Transformation § Take ownership of transformation initiatives and act as main contact point between HQ, internal and external stakeholders with holistic view of company's entire operations, processes and systems
§ Identify transformation opportunity by working with stakeholders, analyze processes gaps and evaluate user demands
§ Support innovation thinking and facilitate idea generation with facts and figures with actionable goals
§ Build business cases that bring positively impacts and further advance our claim to a Best Customer Experience
Digital Transformation § Develop and drive organization's overall digital transformation strategy including lead generation, digital onboarding, fraud prevention, payment products and customer retention
§ Keep up with latest digital products and services available within organization or from the markets
§ Analyze customer data and share insights collected from Salesforce CRM and existing portfolio
§ Identify user needs, drive digital transformation with goal to enhance operation efficiency, customer experience and positive financial returns
§ Manage change management and provide adequate trainings in order to support user to shift to new tools and/or processes
Project Management § Managing overall project implementation timeline and progress as well as providing regular update to Management both locally and globally
§ Coordinate and support with business unit to define project scope, resources, budget and timeline planning
§ Managing relationship and communication with both internal and external service providers to ensuring project delivered with quality level of acceptance by users
§ Execute assigned task/work package of project life cycle including
- Creation of BRD, process flow, test cases,
- Executing UAT and implementation activities
- Hyper care and project closure
- Change management
Qualifications
Education § Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering
Experience § Min. 3 years of Work experience in finance and banking industries. Automotive financial services preferred
§ Professional experience in system development, project management is required
Specific Knowledge § Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges proactively.
§ Complex project management experiences with ability lead in collaborative way and drive results across the processes
§ Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship management skill to influence key stakeholders
§ Able to present complex topics in a clear and concise way
§ Superior experience with modern project management tools (e.g.Confluence/Jira) as well as MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
§ The ability to work under pressure and balance competing priorities
§ Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Power BI preferred
§ Excellent communication skill both Thai and English
