In that context, we are looking for a Manager Integrated Work Systems (IOS), who will lead the deployment of IOS according to the defined PMI strategy. The goal is to unleash people capabilities, achieve step changes in performance, drive innovation through increasing organization reliability and agility in Massalin Particulares. You will ensure IOS deployment for Operations in an integrated and collaborative way to increase engagement and ownership, deliver value through adopting and improving best practices in a standardized and systematic way. Your responsibilities will include: *Lead the journey of the Lean initiative through the enhancement of the company long-term strategic plan, which will drive top tier performance. *Implement the Integrated Operations System in coordination with the Head of Manufacturing through local management to deliver a step change on productivity, cost reduction and/or quality improvement initiatives. Focus on Operations Performance and Engagement Model as a structured sustainable way that simplifies business processes, while achieving challenging targets; *Develop sustainable cultural and behavioral changes across operations to build a Zero Loss mindset culture including support functions, through coaching, mentoring and influencing Employees, Leaders, Managers, Directors; *Promote Zero Loss Mindset culture through training, communication platforms, programs and opportunities which provide to operations employees skills and knowledge to take ownership for processes within their areas of responsibility and thus ensure consistent product quality, delivery time, safety conditions and business results; *Create a lean and continuous improvement roadmap that includes a comprehensive analysis and prioritization of key opportunities; *Include and engage cross-functional members at all levels of the organization as we execute initiatives that will drive sustainable results; *Ensure the sharing and driving of best practices and lessons learned (internal/external). Leverage use of global communication platforms to fill the pipeline with new ideas and best practices; *Be a permanent consultant to the rest of the Local OMT to coach them and help them to understand how to fill the gaps versus the IOS system; Key Requirements - University bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA preferred; - Robust experience as Continuous Improvement Leader with high experience at the implementation of Lean Six Sigma; - Experience in leadership (Factory); - English proficiency; - Availability to work in our factory in Merlo (Buenos Aires); - Black Belt or Green Belt as a plus- Experience in IL6S implementation will be highly valued What We Offer You will find that we provide the opportunity to work in a professional environment alongside a multicultural group of people with varied and diverse backgrounds.
