Description
Develop training concept and strategy · Analyse current trend and market needs and reflect into training strategy
· Take global training strategy and reflect into Thai market with customization
· Investigate other market practices and benchmark well-advanced MBM countries
· Align with training strategy of brand partner
· Combine online & offline training to increase efficiency and effectiveness
· Assess training effectiveness to ensure improvement of stakeholder and enhance training strategy
· Ensure sufficient trainings are in place to acquire or extend require business or professional licenses
Develop and update training contents · Utilize Daimler Financial Service HQ training materials with customization to follow HQ strategy
· Develop tailored contents per target group and regular update for new or changed contents
· Monitor new regulation and law and reflect into contents
· Stay abreast of the new trends and tools for training
· Search practical case and utilize for training contents
· Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and needs
Develop training course and conduct training · Plan annual training course for MPC and CV new salespersons
· Match training course reflecting interest of each target group (Sales persons, Finance Consultant/ Finance Admin, FS employees, relevant personnel of DCVT and MPC (Field Force, Sales Operations staffs) and schedules through close communication with stakeholder
· Monitor performance of financial products & campaigns and set up training plan for poor performing KPI
· Develop and implement external training course reflecting market needs through professional institute
· Develop and implement digitalized training material for all target group
· Develop new training course and enhance C-Sales training course aligned with DCVT and MPC PC
· Develop and implement dealership/showroom-level training for new finance product and program
· Train new Finance Manager (Finance Consultant) & Finance Admin and monitor their performance for requalification training
· Develop and implement internal training course for FS employees to improve understanding of financial knowledge and company product and program
· Conduct trainings to ensure business or professional licenses are acquired or extend
· Reflect dealer feedback during training and finding out new business opportunities
· Support feasibility study
· Support preparation of Work Package with milestone and timeline
Communicate with internal department, training responsible in MPC and ('R)HQ · Consult relevant team to develop effective communication material
· Share market feedback with internal staff after training session to enhance products, programs and processes
· Maintain constant communication channel with sales team and dealers
· Organize and participate regular meeting with brand partner to combine training strategy
· Participate relevant HQ training workshop for trainer to reflect global strategy
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Master degree is a plus
· At least 5 year-experience in financial services or automotive sector
Excellent public speaking skills to conduct trainings Excellent management skills to interact with brand partners,colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties Advance knowledge in PowerPoint to create training materials and Excel to conduct financial calculations Works efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines, able to work both in team and alone Self-motivated and pro-active, able to executive tasks personally and manage own time Good analytical skills and detail oriented Good command of spoken and written in Thai and English Organization Primary Location Work Locations 11, South Sathon Road, 21st Floor Yannawa, Sathon
