Marketing Analyst Wine & Hospitality

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the team at The Vines Of Mendoza! If you have previous experience in similar roles and are ready to take on new challenges, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities:
-Digital Marketing Operations:
Based on the assigned strategy, execute digital marketing campaigns, including sales and email marketing.
Work with relevant teams to ensure timely scheduling and execution of campaigns.
Program email marketing deliverables with assigned specifications.
Support campaign reporting and analysis to evaluate performance and provide insights.

-External & Social Media Communications:
Assist in managing and coordinating communications, including all business units communications:
Ensure that communication materials are up-to-date, approved, and aligned with branding guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and coordinate content creation efforts.
Work with various departments to coordinate necessary materials and reports.

-Marketing Materials Support:
Support the maintenance and update of marketing materials for various purposes, including sales and events.

-Media Support:
Edit press releases and coordinate media coverage for events and announcements.
Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure marketing communication materials align with event objectives.

-Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing budgets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in executing email marketing campaigns in Pardot
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing software, analytics tools, etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
