Position Summary The Marketing Asisstant supports the Brand Manager on the development and in-market execution of the annual marketing plan with the overall aim of achieving Distributor Markets objectives for the defined categories. Responsibilities Universal AccountabilitiesDirect responsibility for execution of annual marketing cycle plans.Supervising execution of consumer promotions while recommending local activity to increase engagementLocal planning and close collaboration with commercial teams to support visibility, distribution width and depth solutions, and support Brand Manager in defining the portfolio ranging needs by channel and market.Supports Brand Manager in A&P tracking, administrative tasks, vendor management, portfolio actions, and data analytics.Specific AccountabilitiesSupports Brand Activation Manager in development and execution of annual marketing plan cascaded from InternationalSupport Brand Manager in execution of activities during key weeks to deliver volume and net sales.Manage relationships with BTL and digital agencies to ensure local planning and execution of activitiesCollates and provides portfolio analysis and analytics.Collates and provides competitive intelligence to global teamsSupports the team in budget management, reporting, PO creation and Invoice reconciliationWorks cross functionally with commercial, supply chain, category management and finance to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.MDG and Proof HQ submission and tracking for timely completionConsumer response management across the EHI portfolio with local and global teams What we are looking for Required Skills and ExperienceDegree required with preference on Business, MarketingMinimum 2 years business experienceHigh level of computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerpointHighly proficient English language skills, Arabic will be a plusAdvanced English level Preferred Skills and ExperienceCPG background preferredDemonstrated commercial acumenKnowledge of Trade Marketing will be preferred.SAP knowledge Come join us!
