This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You'll help, not only lead the MaintainX brand, but inspire and elevate the team by producing work that is always raising the bar and taking a user experience first approach to solving problems. Your work will allow our customers to feel delighted every time they interact with our brand.You'll have an opinion about the right direction to go, the flexibility to change course when needed, and the communication skills to provide clarity to the rest of the team.Our current Brand Design Team is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We work on all Visual and Motion initiatives across the company,and you will join a team of five visual designers and one motion designer. We work on a daily basis with our folks from Canada and the US.What you'll do:- Create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics for multiple various media to be used across our website, ad campaigns, new product launches, content, social media and more.- Work closely with your peers within Marketing to drive business outcomes and brand awareness, upleveling our ability to showcase to prospects and customers the power of our product and vision of the company.- Have a deep understanding of our customers and their motivations and apply that understanding to your work so that it's visually compelling to our audience at large.- Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.- Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic design techniques and bring those practices to what we do here at MaintainX.- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement micro-interactions in the product.- Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams.About you:- You have a proven track record of designing successful animation projects.
