New Joiner Experience Delivery Senior Analyst

Be part of the Global New Joiner Experience Delivery Team to ensure successful end-to-end delivery in the MUs of the NJX experience aligned with our Global Onboarding Team, and MU Onboarding Activators (HR) collaborating and leading the end-to-end Learning Delivery activities associated with New Joiner Experience (NJX). 
In this role you will communicate frequently with NJX project leads, recruiters, and Global Onboarding HR Partners, and interface with delivery leadership daily.

Responsibilities: Collaborate in projects that require innovation & analysis skills in a global and intercultural team.
Support the New Joiner Experience Survey updating questions, gathering results, calculating metrics and sharing trends.
Collect data from different sources, analyze them and present findings & improvement opportunities in a PowerPoint presentation on a weekly basis.
Collaborate in Accenture Launch (metaverse project) regarding communication, invites, registration, surveys and analysis.
Maintain all the files & documentation that the team utilizes in the weekly basis.
Other Responsibilities include: Contribute to the overall leadership and vitality of the Delivery organization.
Foster use of best practices and encourage Delivery team innovations.
Liaison with other teams outside of Delivery as needed.
Skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or above). Experience working on large scale projects, continuous changing environments and multicultural companies.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
Detail oriented.
Proactive and team player.
